On November 6, 2008, SASA catered a fantastic event, Essence of Japan, for the Canton Museum of Art and ArtsinStark. The service was impeccable and the food was fabulous. Working with Scott and Brenda Kim was a dream. They were very accommodating and very easy to work with, especially with a large crowd of over 450 people. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again without a doubt.
The event featured Japanese cuisine and a sake tasting with sake master Beau Timken of True Sake of San Francisco.
